It’s 2011, and 2012 is just… Gaaahhh! Next year!
So much to do, so much to finish before those fresh new cosmic cycles begin in December 2012.
Do you know what the most effective New Year’s resolution is? It’s to make one small positive change at a time and make it a habit. The problem has always been in sticking to the New Year’s resolution, and that’s why the “one small positive change” concept works so well.
Imagine, if you make one small positive change now and stick to it, then you’ll be ready for another one in just a few weeks time. If you keep that rate of incremental change up, then by the end of the year, you will have accomplished so much more in a number of ways. Small ways, yes, but compare that to the usual towering list of challenging New Year’s resolutions which are often doomed to crash and burn three days later, after you run out of your original enthusiasm.
