El padre Alberto Linero confirmó, en una entrevista para Blu Radio y en el periódico El Heraldo, que le pidió a la Iglesia católica su retiro del sacerdocio tras 25 años sirviendo a la comunidad. Linero, quien está a pocos días de cumplir 50 años, manifestó que hace unos días le envió una carta al padre general de la comunidad eudista, de la cual hace parte, en la que le solicitó que dispense de sus promesas sacerdotales.
